At Urban Athlete, we believe exercise should support your life not compete with it. That’s why live streaming and recorded workouts are a core part of how we help our members move consistently, even when routines change, schedules get chaotic, or travel pulls you away from the gym.

Whether you’re at home, traveling for work, managing family demands, or simply need flexibility, our live streaming and recorded workout options ensure you can keep moving most days of the week because consistency, not perfection, is what drives long-term health and strength.

Live Streaming Workouts: Coached, Connected, and Two-Way

Our live streaming workouts aren’t passive follow-alongs. They are two-way, coached training sessions led by the same experienced Urban Athlete coaches you see in the gym.

If you choose to turn your camera on during a live session, you’ll receive:

  • The ability to ask questions during the workout

Live streaming sessions mirror our in-gym training structure, including:

This option is ideal if you want coaching, structure, and connection without needing to physically be in the gym.

Recorded Workouts: Train on Your Schedule

When in gym or live sessions don’t align with your day, our member-only library of recorded workouts gives you the freedom to train when it works for you.

All recorded workouts are:

  • Private and available only to Urban Athlete members

  • The exact workout of our live and in-gym sessions

  • Able to be followed with minimal equipment, or none at all

Missed the gym? Traveling? Short on time? Press play and keep moving.

If you don’t have traditional weights, no problem. Exercises can be adapted using:

  • Bodyweight

  • Household items (like a backpack)

  • Whatever equipment you have access to
