WORKOUT SCHEDULE
URBAN ATHLETICS
This is our signature group training program, blending strength training and interval training in a variety of different workouts 6 days a week. Workouts are lead by a coach from warm up, to demo & workout, to core finisher, and daily stretch.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Individualized training programs are cultivated to fit your unique needs and help you reach specific goals.
ISOPHIT
30 minute sessions delivered in the personal training setting. 30 strength endurance exercises in 30 minutes to achieve pain free exercise.
OPEN GYM
Open gym is a great time to do the daily workout on your own, or follow a training program that we've designed for you.
LIVE STREAMING
Can't make it into the gym, you can stream in from your home gym, the hotel, or even the backyard. All workouts have a bodyweight only version if you're working with minimal equipment. Two-way live coaching gives you the feel that your coach is standing right next to you!
