IsoPhit at Urban Athlete is a coach-guided resisted isometrics training system designed to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce joint stress. By creating high levels of muscular effort without moving heavy external loads, IsoPhit helps clients train safely, address imbalances, and feel stronger with less wear and tear on the body.

Semi-private personal training at Urban Athlete gives you more one-on-one attention while still training in a motivating small-group environment. With no more than four people per session, each client follows a personalized plan and receives close coaching support with a strong focus on safe, effective training and injury prevention.


Urban Athlete’s 45-minute group training sessions combine strength, power, and conditioning in a coach-led format designed to challenge the full body while allowing for modifications based on your needs and experience level. With a dynamic warm-up, clear instruction, small class sizes, and 25 sessions each week, group training makes it easier to stay consistent, supported, and progressing.
