[Job Title]: Part-Time Personal Trainer

Are you passionate about guiding individuals towards achieving their fitness goals and empowering them to lead healthier lives? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Personal Trainer to join our team and make a significant impact on the STRONG values of our clients.

Personal Training Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Personal Trainer, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that revolve around delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our clients. Your key duties will include:

  1. Group and Live Stream Workouts: Delivering pre-written workouts to groups of up to 12 people both in-person and through live stream sessions. Keep participants motivated and engaged throughout the workouts, ensuring they have a challenging and rewarding experience.
  2. Personal Training Sessions: Conducting personalized training sessions for small groups of 2-4 clients, both in the physical studio and via live stream. Adapting exercises and movements based on individual needs, including progressions, regressions, and modifications for clients with injuries or varying skill levels.
  3. Freedom in Programming Warm Up and Movement Prep: Utilize your creativity and expertise to design effective warm-up and movement preparation segments that complement the workout sessions and enhance the overall fitness experience for our clients.
  4. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized training space to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
  5. Collaboration during Team Meetings: Actively participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to continuously improve our training programs and overall client experience.
  6. Sales Opportunities [Success Sessions]: Identify potential sales opportunities during success sessions or individual consultations, showcasing our additional services and benefits to clients with the opportunity to earn additional pay from commissions.

Personal Training Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of group fitness and personal training dynamics.
  • Proof of current personal training certification. Preferred NASM or NSCA.
  • Proficiency in adjusting exercises for various skill levels and accommodating clients with injuries or limitations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients in both group and individual settings to support our community.
  • A thorough knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and workout program design.
  • Flexibility to conduct in-person sessions and live stream sessions as required by the training schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean and safe training environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, actively engaging in team meetings and contributing to the growth of our fitness community.
