Urban Athlete’s Lifestyle Habit Program can help solve all these things and more.
Typically our Lifestyle Program is 6-8 weeks long, but we’re running a special 4 week program to kick start healthy lifestyle changes as you head into summer. You know, when fruits and vegetables are the most abundant and fresh, so making better food choices is easy!
Throughout the entire length of the program, we’ll talk about mindset and goal setting as we tackle nutrition and exercise head on but in a way that makes it sustainable once the 4 weeks is over.
Because this is a lifestyle program, this isn’t about gimmicks or quick fixes. Instead, our goal is to focus on the habits that are easy but the ones that aren’t as exciting sounding as some of the fad things you see in the market today. I’m not going to name them because I don’t want to distract you!

Here’s a general breakdown of what to expect
during the Lifestyle Habit Program…

EXERCISE
Attend a minimum of 3 workouts a week at Urban Athlete.

NUTRITION:
- Daily accountability
- Weekly check-in system
- Recipe suggestions

ADD ON OPTION:
Add On Macro Tracking, will require a report from the user to be sent on Fridays in response to the weekly check in.
