While we have a few folks training for and running the Love Run in just a few weeks, we also thought it would be fun to do a group couch to 5k training program. This will be a members bonus program, starting Monday, March 27th and continue through until the May 20th Run to Rebuild 5k on Forbidden Drive.
This will be a progressive program, following a three days a week plan and UA workouts. All levels are welcome to participate. Tentative group run days/times are: Mondays at 5pm, Wednesdays at 7am and Saturdays at 8am. Let us know if you’re interested!!
Saturday’s Workout:
1 – :40 on / :20 off x 5 sets of:
- a – Alternating Step Ups
- b – Partner Medicine Ball Throws
- c – Band Squat Row Combo
- d – Partner Tight Band Rotations
- e – Vertical Press
2 – Foam Rolling x 5 minutes
